Women's Kriegsmarine Overseas Cap with original sewn eagle and stamp

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my wife last year.
Just wanted to show it, and wondering if anyone knew what position/rank of woman might have worn this?

It's really in amazing shape.. but can't make out much if anything of the stamp.. maybe size 58?

I believe it could be one of three ranks, they are , Marinevorhelferin,Marineoberhelferin or Marinehaupthelferin. Hope this helps.
