Hello all, I picked this up from a friend last week and would like some help with identification. I am farely new to this so thank you for any and all input!

Heer Infantry EM/NCO visor,missing the chin strap and has a re-sewn visor.

How hard would it be to find the missing chin strap? What would you estimate the value at with and without it?
