I've paid but always better to ask more experienced Collectors when comes to spend $. Till now I had just two M43's and no red flags on this one IMHO:

I'm wonder about meaning this boxed stamp:

"B.II.44" - it stands for army depot? Bekleidungsamt? On the Mr. Mike Davis web site I found example with same stamp:

B 2 44 is a Berlin depot stamp.nice cap by the way
