It looks like one of the fakes that has been attributed to the Czech Republic.

eagle is a fake the cloth the cap is made of doesn't look right and all in all doesn't give a warm fuzzy feel

In addition to what has been said already, another red flag is the fact that it is maker marked. 99% of all the Luftwaffe M43 caps I have seen have RBN numbers or if an officers cap it may only have a size stamp. Just my opinion
