My vibe is that they are bad too. Trending now-- salty, faux, General's caps, artificially aged to the max! The first cap being discussed looks convincing but I'll defer to others.

IMO the badges are good .
The eagle is a combination of cello and bullion ? never seen before of this quality
in the repro range ?
The cap looks"strange" and is probably a Janke one ?

Both badges seem to have excess felt backing which is what caught my eye however, the embroidery work itself looks decent. Does Janke make a General's crusher?
