    Admirals visor on Ruptured Duck

    Dears,

there is an Admirals visor listed on The Ruptured Duck
    http://www.therupturedduck.com/HG-33...?categoryId=-1

As per my knowledge, KM admin officers had not worn visors with embroided scallops, but in an admirals rank a golden cord instead of the silver one as rank insigna.
Also the listed name Mootz was an Admiral z.S. so not worn an admin visor.
Please correct me if I am wrong here.
    Thanks
    Christian

    P.S.
the listed KM jacket is IMHO a bad one.

The reasons you mention is probably why the item has not sold.
The only thing attributing it to Mootz is the name tag, and I agree, there should be a gold chincord with no oakleaves, but there is the old "general's prerogative" (or in this case, an Admirals), so who knows.....

Here is one for the books--an Admiral Administrative visor attributed to Marinedekan Friedrich August Ronneberger

But, then, the photo makes it appear that the visor is a shiny leather like a LW and not the usual KM cloth. Who knows...
