Dutch made Feldgendarmerie visor?

Could this be a Dutch made MP visor?
Note ribbed cloth that appears to be Dutch ribbed material in a Dutch color
and striped inside liner, another Dutch trait also seen in Dutch Shakos and
sidecaps

Inside view...no maker name but I think its Dutch made!

I like it, and I agree, it is definitely foreign-manufacture, and probably is Dutch-made.

Thanks, I figured so...Because of the rare farbe the current owner wants (in dollars) $995
+ $40 on top of that for the eagle...and does not realize its Dutch made...
