for me its looks like modern repro with original trap sewn in ugly way.

For me an original Police cap made in Duch wool, occupied territories!

Be it Duch (Dutch, I assume) cloth or not, it's definitely not German WW2 Police fabric.
I don't like the buttonholes, I don't like the way the aluminium piping joins on the side, I don't like the bulge of the liner along the seams.
The trap (an hexagon , actually) is OK.
I'm usually attracted by variations and non textbook specimens, but this one tickles only my doubts.
