I would put this one in the "I could entertain doubts" category.

One just like this was dumped in the Rock Island Auction just recently:

Why Administration ? Yellow badges+buttons are for normal line or coastal artillery sand tropical uniform ?
Having a silver cord makes it more coastal artillery i think ?
Regarding original or not , i don't see something wrong with it ?
the one presented in the auction is a green one .

I'm not certain if the cap is authentic, or not, but i don't believe it's for KM Admin., as all the insignia is gold, rather than the correct silver for admin.
