    Panzer Beret by Erel

Wanting to add this wonderful piece of headgear from the Erel firm to the collection. Most excellent condition with the spiral weave, all grommets, hand stitched insignia and tam fits perfect over crash helmet. Interior is in great condition. No stamps inside other than the number "3" written inside of headband at the seam.

Please provide comments as I am hoping my homework has scored me a keeper.

    Thanks -

A good looking example. You're making me regret parting with my Erel manufactured beret.

KC, congrats on another fine pick-up (and rare one!)

PS--there were other hat makers that existed during the TR!

Wonderful piece. The grey sweatband is a new one for me. Have others seen that on other examples?
