It does have the standard LW green shade underside as opposed to the normal KM forest green.

didnt know that the LW have had white helmets with this shape !
is the distance between the holes of the LW eagle and this shields are the same ?

No the holes for the LW eagle are wider apart than for the shields. If this or any helmet has had the holes punched for the LW eagle you can tell easily from the inside...its always possible that the shields have been added later post war.
