Opinions on panzer sidecap?

Here is a black panzer officer sidecap I found on a website, it looks good but the eagle and soutache worry me.
What are your opinions on this cap? Thanks in advance for your help.

The eagle is a fake and it looks to be machine sewn to the cap before the liner was put in so that is not a good sign,
