Visor cap at HH auction - regional police group "General Göring" ???

Hello,

Today at HH auction the visor cap for regional police group "General Göring" was sold for 3200 Euro (lot no. 0281).

Cap is made of the police color material, has black cap band and green piping.

I have never before seen such composition on luftwaffe caps and if it was not sold for 3200 I would guess it was a made up piece.

I know that I have much to learn, but can anyone confirm existence of such caps ?

It is simply a WH visor with LW insignia added.

Yes, it is described as 'Landespolizeigruppe "General Goering" NCO and Troop
Schirmutze' in the book.
