Visor cap Heeres panzer

Hello fellas,

As I am no expert on visorcaps I need your feedback on this one. I don't have doubts about its originality. Do you agree? And can we find out the maker of the cap? Are the insignia original to the cap?And finally, what would be the market value of such an example?

The cap itself looks good. However I'm not sure if it is Panzer. On my screen, the piping looks orange or red. Anybody else get that too?

You are right. Red is artillery, of course. Not panzer.

Is there anything to say about the maker? And what would be a good price for this (well used) example?

OK now that I see it up closer, it looks like a later model Erel just based on the overall shape and presence of the vented cockade. However, the sweatband is throwing me off. There isn't a vent hold behind the cockade is there?

I have no idea. The only thing i have are the pictures right now. Thinking of buying this cap.

Not all Erels had the Stirnschutz sweatband system. Although I can't say from these pics if this one is a replacement.
