Pith helmet badge... original KM?

are these original kriegsmarine badge fot pith helmet?
I remember them a little differente, but seller say they are KM

What is your opinion?

These are early Heer rather than KM, absolutely no possible doubt about that.

Agree, seller is wrong. These are Herr, not KM. KM do not have the border around the shields...
