    Bundesmarine 100%.
    Which might also explain incorrect metal eagle....should always be bullion imo on blue tops. Not enough overhang .

          Classic Bundesmarine, in my opinion.

          The lining and sweat shield are the telling factors (for me).

              Metal eagles, even if not per regulation, can be seen on the blue visors on period photos. Not often but possible, as well as all other combinations of insignia.
