    Wreath itself is for an early Kyffhauser visor cap but I have never seen this wreath with the swastika in the middle....

    Both the wreath and the swastika can be found in the Assmann Catalogue....

    I guess it's for somekind of veterans organization..... OR a fantasy piece....
