i have never seen a side cap with a piping like this
seller says it is a female Luftwaffe Luftschutz cap
not really imo
can anydody confirm this?

Here are two pictures of RLB ( Reichs Luftschutz Bund ) men.
The RLB used lilac piping in their visors and overseas caps.
There was also the SHD ,Sicherheits und Hilfs Dienst , they were also part of the Luftschutz but they had green piping on their overseas caps.
The SHD became Luftschutz Polizei somewhere in 1942.

Your cap needs the cloth Luftschutz eagle like the one below this post ( that cap has the green piping of the SHD as mentioned in my previous post ).
And a cloth cockade to complete your cap.

In spite of their name, I believe the Reichs Luftschutz Bund did not wear the pictured Luftschutz eagle but rather had their own (this eagle also existed in cloth):
