          Original cap. It looks as if there may have been a regimental badge under the eagle at some point, hence the higher than usual placement.

              I'm with Basel, there was maby an "Braunschweiger totenkopf" from a Inafnterie Regiment 13, or a " Schwedter Adler".

              However a very nice cap!

                      What cracks me up is that there are so many hats with Braunschweig TK's stuck on on them postwar, but this one is a real one missing it's TK.
