It is a general cap with insignia KM,the Goldene Waffenfarbe the naval officers were only on earflaps regards sergio

WH cut was used only very early in the KA IMO ?
And not with a gold soutache in the front , but in yellow .
I would say a WH general cap with KM bevo badges applied , but when ?
