Man, I feel a new bug biting and I need that like a need a hole in the head. But it may be a pre existing condition! Really nice caps shown here. The orange red piping of the starting crusher is probably my favorite combo with feldgrau....stunning.

Sweet cap I'd say it's a Recruiting crusher 1935 +/- 1 year.

I wonder what was the purpose of the crusher to the staff recruitment...

Maybe overly simplistic but informal elegance or 'panache' (?) Why would you rule out Field Police? Weren't they up and going, I think they were formed by then and shared the same color piping.
