You're certainly off to a good start! Who is the maker of the infantry cap?

Wow!,the Panzer cap has arrived and what a stunning piece it is too, glad I took the plunge and made the purchase

Ohhh...My sincere thanks to Eddie for another quality purchase to add to my collection.

FYI Eddie posted the cap to me first class international post for less than 20 bucks, the Artillery cap was posted out on the 4th nov. at a cost of 60 bucks(usps Express),it still has not arrived I hope it is not lost

I will post a pic (hopefully) of the 3 caps together asap

BaselA,I have forgot to add the Maker,it is there but I can't read it,the Shield is missing and the lettering is faded.

      Regards to all

        cap missing

Sadly it looks as if this cap is missing or worst case senario stolen, last tracked at USPS facility in Chicago on the 8thnov.The parcel was sent USPS Int.Express.
I contacted Parcelforce UK and was told that the parcel must still be in the USA as no parcel number has been generated for its delivery within the UK.

There is a link to BaselA thread on this cap before he sold it on......A fine cap that i was looking forward to adding to my collection

Relieved to hear the arty cap made it over there safely! With regard to the infantry cap, I am not familiar with the maker. Looks like a mom and pop shop to me.

                  Hallo Bob

I apologize for the delay of years (this visor appeared during my long sabbatical period and I only saw it tonight). The retailer is Rudolf Beutelstahl, uniformen- ausrustungen-orden, in Krebsgasse 22 from the 1943 Köln phonebook (amtliches fernsprechbuch by the Reichspostdirektion):

Many Thanks Marcello for this interesting information, funnily enough I only parted from this Rudolf Beutelstahl cap just after Christmas as I upgraded it for a better condition Infantry example.
I must photo all my visors together,i now have Pioneer , Transport, Panzer, Artillery & Infantry officer examples and I plan on adding a Cavalry shortly

                    Best Regards
