Help wanted with M34 Feldmutzen (Overseas capa) Insignia

Gentlemen. I wonder is anyone can identify the insignia on these two M34 Caps?

The Soutache appears to be dark green with a sort of black braiding to it, the background to the rosette being a very pale colour, perhaps white. On one of the caps a metal rosette has been fitted over the original.

A unit number appears to be stamped in one, can anyone identify that?

nice original sidecap. unfortunately have no idea why soutache is two colors ( black and green ) . maybe gbj pioniers ?

The metal rosette looks like it is applied over an original first pattern Roundle which has a base material in a light grey color. The other roundel appears to be an original first pattern one to me also. I have no idea about the soutauche.

Two very nice early caps with the first pattern roundel (as stated by Fred Green) but reapplied eagles.
