Need some 2nd opinions on this heer M43 on estand

Hi Guys,

Just saw this cap on estand and I like it. Heer M43s I find however notoriously difficult to authenticate. Seller is selling it as 100% original with insignia period applied. Do you agree? Please help me out. I will buy it on some sollid . Thanks!
