                  Great original later manufactured m40 cap.
                  Perhaps if we are going to use a collector term such as 'm' or 'model' for the five distinct 'model' m40's I believe a 2nd model would be a soutached cap with sweat-band as opposed to a last model with no soutache and no sweatband
