NCO hat cockade bullion, opinions?

This is a nice bullion style NCO hat cockade that is on dark green wool....any opinions are welcome....I want to describe this accurately...Thank You in advance....Frank Davis.

Its infact a Officer cockade, and not NCO!

It looks like the typical flat enlisted metal cockade to me. The typical officer cockade has a thicker "proud" black fluted base that sets it up higher than the enlisted style. From the fading seen around the edges of the cockade I suspect the original was replaced with this one at some point in time.
