I know we have discussed these before somewhere down the line. Just an Alteste variant with the rayon lining.

Yup, that was my guess, as it has many characteristics of the Alteste, but is a bit better, diamond might even be celluloid. The white mesh batting glows like Christmas. After opening his box it was obvious to me something was not right about the cap, and it reminded me of the Altestes. Light weight, odd padding pattern and very cheaply made. Thanks for the confirm!
