Luftwaffe officers visor EREL opinions please???

Hello, i have planned to buy the visor cap in the link below, but first would like some more opinions.
What do you fellows think?
Good or bad?
It does not have the air grommet and it does not have a vented cokade.
The sweatband is also marked EREL but i can't upload a picture, sorry.
I think good but love to hear other opinions?

I agree. No red flags from these pics, but better pics should be expected.
Sometimes it is refreshing to see photos from a collector-ignorant viewpoint and I suspect that is the case here.
