Officer M43 for review

Take a look at this and tell me what you think. The leather sweatband was cut out. It has the right looking wear. None of the hat glows. The material is different from anything I have seen. It looks more like the material an officer jacket was made of versus the rough wool material I have seen on other posts. Buttons have no markings on the backs. No visible stamps. Could this be a privately made hat? Not sure about the name...it looks handwritten? Not sure about the Eagle and cockade...do they look legit? Liner looks kind of brown or gold in the pictures, but that is the soiled areas...the unsoiled are actually a grey/blue color similar to the hat.
