What is this cap?

I have this cap that appears to be an army cap with light green piping. It has two air vent grommets on each side of the top which is something that I thought was only found on Polizei caps. The band is dark green and not the brown used on Polizei caps. Is this some sort of early post war cap?

Early post war would be my guess...Billbert although not unheard of its VERY unusual to see vents on army...
