Luftwaffe EM Yellow Piped Visor - Opinions Please

I am looking at purchasing this very nice Luftwaffe EM Yellow Piped Visor, which I believe has no red flags and is actually a choice example.

However, as I am primarily a Luftwaffe documents collector, I would like to solicit some opinions here to ease my mind. Last year I was burned badly on an Officers Visor and do not want the same thing to repeat itself.

Consequently, please post your opinions on this piece, and if anyone can help establish the manufacturer, then that will be the icing on the cake.
