I like the HBT on the outside, and the application of the insignia in this case. The liner material looks "soft", but certainly possible.

It looks properly constructed for such a cap. What do the rivets look like on the inside?

It's impossible, this cap is no more on my hand becouse come back with the owner. I can just say the the grommet are steel.
