First I like to say it... I hope you don't pay to much for the cap.

The eagle is a fake one also the metal oakleave.
The cap is with removable top but an early Bundesmarine.
The stamp in the sweatshild is probably put inside on sunday afternoon with a rubber and a little ink.

Sorry to say but that cap is for shure not made pre 1945!

Are you sure about what you said ? maybe it's a end wartime model not very well known because was found on a flea market for few euros... buttons are from JFS 1943...
