Army EM visor Large size opinions please

May I please get opinions on this visor. It's a huge size and although my pics are dark, the visor is actually very shiny and in excellent shape. Any idea of maker or any other issues seen would be appreciated. Thanks

Size 62 1/2!!!!, I believe that's the largest cap size I've ever seen.
Looks like an OK issue cap, with a replaced sweatband.

And Visor was replaced.
