Prototype WH Officer's Metal Wreath?

This lovely GS visor is on the E-stand right now. Looks to be a legit pre-patent Erel.

However, I have never seen this type of wreath anywhere before (at least that I can recall). Has anyone else?

It´s not a prototype WH wreath, but BRD Zoll (custom) wreath from 70/80-ies.
