For my part, I like it. It's an early cap made ca. 1938.
I'm not shure if it is realy from an KM Coastartillery EM/NCO but the cap itself is original.
The sweatband is typical for an 1938 made cap, cord is okay, lining also okay, I don't see any red flags on it.

Strange cap with a high front and an atypical form.
Some parts seems to be good, but the cap seems to be re-worked (principally the stiching lining).
Impossible for me to have a sure opinion only on this pictures.

Michel, I agree--I do not know what this cap is trying to be, but it sure isn't trying very hard to be Kustenartillerie. Cap body has almost a BRD shape, and in addition to the butchered lining, the visor has artificial wear to the underside.
