I know these are a mine field so I come to you guys on this one I got as part of a group trade. The hat and insignia separately seem good to me, but I'm not educated enough to know how to spot if they're add-ons, etc. Please let me know if you need any additional images. I will likely move it along as it's not part of my area of focus and it was just part of the group trade.
