Heer Engineer Visor Opinions

Hey guys,

Looking to buy this Heer Engineer visor cap. The owner said that when he picked it up it had 2 opera tickets stuffed inside of it from the Splendid Palace in Latvia Riga, balcony level seats. Cap is also named to Josef Frimpe. Look all authentic to me but I wanted all of your opinions along with it's value.
