Unfortunately, neither of these are original caps. The fake wreath on the panzer NCO is a dead giveaway.

Agreed. Both are Jankes. The first is a Xaver Heinzmann -- both are fantasy makers.

(Just when I think we have cataloged all the Jankes, a new one pops up...)
