Ss visor cap help

I need some help on an SS visor cap... I was contacted by a guy who had a collection, mixed originals and reproduction items. He sold the rest of the collection, but held on to this visor cap and emblems. Attached are the pictures that he sent me (the pics are not the best) but can anyone see any any immediated red flags?? What caught my eye at first was the color of the piping.... from the poor pictures, is there a chance it's a good one? Thanks

The visor cap is a ground-up repro , so for a reproduction, there are no red flags. The ribbon bar in the first picture has a chance of being period in my opinion... can't comment on the insignia.

The cap is Latvian junk and the badges look bad too.
