Help identifying a visor cap

Hi guys,

was hoping someone would be able to help me identify this visor cap..
Not sure on the piping colour as it seems like a nice worn panzer grenadier piping, as for the maker I've never heard of it (from my limited time collecting) so any help with that would be great
Also what is the rarity of this cap if it proves to be authentic?
