With the help of Glenn with the seller DOCJJ1 has agreed to a return of the cap. The parcel was delivered on 18.march 2013, 12:04h. Oh what a coincidence: He claims, that he never has received the parcel and the signature on the delivery receipt is not from him
Now he has the M43 cap and my 400 Euro!!!!

Being that it is a post war hat and the "I don't want to refund the $ for it" emails I had with this seller, I had a gut feeling (as you know) that he would say that he did not receive the hat back but you have the proof that he did.

He has 48 hours to refund your money or

In the earlier thread the seller seeks to defend, as 'original', a purported medic's helmet.

One may say that there seems to be a 'trend' here in connection with this seller and his items.

I have to made a correction. It has turned out of the parcel service has made a wrong delivery. The seller has no guilt. He has confirmed the purchase price repayment. Regards Martin
