A faker would NOT go to the trouble to make a perfect M34 cap with all the details right and then use a stamped piece of cloth from a tunic -- why not flip it over and use the unmarked side?

Impossible to know a fakers way of thinking...Maybe he thought they are original stamps so why not show them on the lining....Post war stamps would be post war,and are often not done correctly.

The grey eyelet shown from the outside looks like it has a crack and would like to see whats going on inside.
