Looks like a "Frankenstein" cap, comical stamp in an original sidecap ;-)
This color might also be nachrichten.

Hi Adam,
This is not the Robert Lubstein you sent me pics off earlier on the week.

This cap construction & eyelets are all good and the insignia ok.
Personally I like them with the early darker green background on eagle & cockade, however a nice one as is.
