Good early one. Probably circa 1935, but I would defer to dblmed.

I like it, the way the sweatband is stitched is consistent with early Erels. I have never seen a visor like this on an Erel, though it looks consistent with the cap.

Hi Casey,

You have a seldom seen TN / TeNo Visor which is the 1935 model with the rare Nickel-Silver TN Eagle. It has unfortunately lost most the Dunkelblau / Navy Blue coloration to the ribbed visor band over the last 78 years or so.

The eagle was authorized in Jan, 1935 and the Mutzenkranz used was a generic "Heer" type initially. In late 1935-36, the classic TeNo Laurel Leaf Mutzenkranz was adopted. The chin strap should be black leather with black button keepers, IMO. Internally, it appears to be in outstanding condition.
