    The NTZ collection

    Hi Guys!
I just bought the rest of the NTZ collection, I though you would like to see a group picture. He has been selling his "stuff" for years for personal reasons. Just his favorite pieces were left. Some items are common, but really cool!
    Best Wishes,
    Bob

Always sad to see a passionate collector "selling up" but I agree with besslein.

Market going down? Maybe for your common Heer types but SS, KM and a scarce political version will always command top dollar IMO

I paid NTZ 70% of fair market, nice items still sell with a reasonable price. So, I obviously put my money where my mouth is and am happy to buy more if anyone wants to sell.
              Best Wishes,
              Bob

How passionate could he have been if he quits? He appeared with much fanfare and controversy, had some great insights and knowledge, then just fades away.

Not a true collector in my book. Unless, of course, he is selling to just start over

Life throws curve balls at times, NTZ had no interest in ending his collecting career. He WILL be back for a new start, as I learned in Mexico "Such is Life"
                      Best Wishes,

REALLY if some one is passionate & quits, why are they not a true collector, If I need to sell for family commitments it will be gone in a heart beat. I am sure he would be missing some of them items he has sold I know I would

Bit of a dumb statement. I am sure Nick had his reasons. It is not an easy thing to sell of your collection. Jacques

I would never call him a quiter. He has been a great addition to this forum with a lot of indepth knowledge on visors of all types. We all have our own reasons for moving thing and if he decided to sell his stuff its his right. Calling him a quiter is BS.
There are a million reasons to get out of the hobby and like several have posted for my family this crap would be gone in a heart beat. Its fortunate that people Bob stepped up and paid him much more than the usual 50% or less of the value. Bob has to have room to make some money as well.
Also as it was pointed out, the harder to find stuff is always worth the money. I don't collect any Political items but the rarer and harder to find Heer caps still demand damn good money and get it. The beat up common farbes are way down as are the common items in this hobby. Matt
