named to Karl Fischer, 2 Battr. Artl. - Regt. 53
maker seems to be "BAMUFA, StirnDruckfrei" ? (Face Pressure Free?)
from looking a bit the maker must be "Bayerische Mützenfabrik"

has a couple moth nips.. but displays well.
    it's a size 54.
    paid $400.. good deal?

A recollection of old threads about BAMUFA and its retailers.

Nice visor, little size but good price

                thank you for the links.

indeed a small size, it fits my wife's head perfectly!

                me I wear a US size 7 1/2....

it's fine as it's not worn anyways. Karl Fischer must have been a very small man!

Thats really no excuse for all of those scratches on that dresser! You ought to be appalled.

                      Hi Br--- :
                      What dresser?
That nice hat steals the show.
Don't let that cat in the same room with it.
Thanks for the link. I am very happy you are so well pleased.
                      Your bud. John in Tx.

Very pleased John.. I really do appreciate the great deal on it.

The cat will get nowhere near it. For now it's on the top shelf of a closet until I get my corner display built... only to come out for my enjoyment, then right back in.

What is recommended to remove any lint/dust? A slightly damp clean cloth?

I still can't tell if GJ is joking or not.... ? Ha.

Easy there champ, I was just joking. But seriously I'd keep that scratch happy cat away from my lids if ya know what I mean. I have to keep some of my uniforms in my closet since I don't have enough cases for them or my cats would use them as scratching post.

lol I figured you were.. but internet sarcasm can be hard to "read".
I thought you were truly offended that our cats used the dresser as a "launchpad"

All my displayed items are in frames, shadowboxes, or cabinets. Not only to protect from animals, but also from dust.
