Yea, the cap looks good, but...... 2 things concern me:

I always get nervous anytime a cello shield is partially torn out, and the fact that his auctions seem to be bid up to ridiculous prices. I personally think this cat may be shill bidding IMHO

Yes, I think this possibility was mentioned recently in another thread on a GJ cap from this same seller.

It's a great looking cap, but I just can't seem to get comfortable with it. Perhaps whoever wins it will have made a wonderful acquisition............

I consider these to be in the same category as the GFP visor. Technically, they didn't exist in the regulations we know of to date--all LW Engineer troops were officer ranked (officials) due to their advanced areas of specialization.

Like Leroy says, it looks promising, but there is nothing worse than paying 1000 -1500-2000 Euros (non-refundable) for a Franky.

The one Leroy posted is on top. The Ebay one on bottom.

Note that both hats do not have a "pure" pink to the 'farbe. They both appear to have the same "fading" to the 'farbes.

One other thing. I have no doubt that the one being sold on Ebay now also sold the one Leroy posted--same background & camera angles. Most tellingly, his pics all begin with "in" for both hats.

Gents, if you bid on this, I suggest you retract your bids now.
