Yes, apparently the LVA did allow for the sale of color-piped visors in the 1937 catalog, so I stand corrected. However, I have yet to see an LVA-marked LW EM/NCO visor, and if they existed, I think we would have seen one by now.

In any event, the LVA Huesken is a fake, and any LW NCO cap with LVA markings should be viewed with extreme skepticism (especially the most faked of all, the HG visors).
