Reichsbahn red cap

Hello,

I should like to buy a red Reichsbahn cap,i found that one,what do you think?
Me ,I have always a problem with grey sweatband,maybe i am wrong.

That is a good one. The only thing is that technically there should not be a chincord with these hats, as they were used to denote function (ie, platform supervisor) and not rank. They were only worn when on the platform so the engineer could see the supervisor. Afterwards, the supervisor would put his regular blue hat back on.

Should like to buy it,but you are right,that chincord has no reason to be there.
And the cap is expensive,around 700 $.

Better to wait a little bit.

Problem is their never available when you need one. IMO the eagle has been replaced. 700? No way. More like 500 or less.
